Real Learners. Real Progress. Real Outcomes
Success at PL6 looks different for every young person. For some, it means achieving a recognised qualification. For others, it might be attending consistently, rebuilding confidence, overcoming anxiety around learning or beginning to believe that education can work for them again.
We are proud to support children and young people through Primary, Secondary, GCSE and Functional Skills pathways, providing a small, calm environment where strong relationships, high expectations and personalised teaching can lead to meaningful progress.
At PL6, we don't measure success only by exam results.
Re-engagement matters. Confidence matters. Relationships matter. Qualifications matter. Moving forward matters.
What Families & Learners Say
PL6 has grown considerably since our earliest days, but the principles behind our work have remained the same: build relationships, understand the learner, maintain high expectations and find an approach that works.
These are some of the experiences shared by learners and families we have supported along the way.
Greg is the most fantastic tutor. He came to our rescue two weeks before the eleven plus exam and worked tirelessly on a Sunday to get a few things up to speed. My son enjoyed his one to ones and he felt confident to ask questions if he didn't understand anything. I would recommend Greg to anyone for any type or tutoring because he is so talented. No matter what you want to achieve he is the man to tackle it. A big thank you Greg no doubt we will be seeing you in the future for GCSE's.

I would like to say a massive thank you to Greg for his determination and hard work with helping me pass my Maths qualification at such short notice. Greg has taught me things that I will use in my future and ways of remembering different pieces of information. Without Greg's support and encouragement I wouldn't have been as confident to sit my exams! Greg was very patient with me especially as an adult learner, I would highly recommend Greg.

Greg supported my autistic, anxious and inpatient daughter to achieve a pass in her maths GCSE. She can now start her college course without worrying about a resit. Greg is very patient and engaging, he taps in to the student's own interests to make the learning more accessible.
Ashley Elegant
I cannot recommend Greg enough to you, as soon as i contacted him about getting my daughter her functional skills maths I knew he would help her pass! and today the result came through PASS!!! My daughter said she could not have done it without him. Thank you Greg
